Murabaha Profit definition

Murabaha Profit means the profit mark-up generated by a Murabaha Transaction, as determined pursuant to Condition 7.2 (Murabaha Transactions – Fixed Rate Trust Certificates) or Condition 7.3 (Murabaha Transactions – Floating Rate Trust Certificates) (as applicable);
Murabaha Profit means the Deferred Price less the Cost Price;
Murabaha Profit means the amount payable by the Customer on the Payment Date in respect of a Murabaha Sale, and which is determined as per the Islamic Facility Letter or as follows: Murabaha Profit = (Cost Price * R x N)/D where;

  • Pursuant to the Master Murabaha Agreement, the Trustee (as Seller under the Master Murabaha Agreement) will make an offer to IFFIm (as Purchaser under the Master Murabaha Agreement) to sell the Commodities to IFFIm on the terms set out in an Offer Letter (specifying, among other things, the description of the Commodities, the Cost Price of the Commodities, the Murabaha Profit and the price to be paid for the Commodities, being the Deferred Price).

  • Pursuant to the purchase of the Commodities by the Bank, the Bank shall send to the Customer a duly executed Offer and Acceptance Notice offering to sell the Commodities to the Customer on a deferred payment basis for the Deferred Payment Price, which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be the aggregate of the Cost Price and the Murabaha Profit.

  • The Trustee will use the Deferred Price to (i) enter into a new Murabaha Contract for the purchase of Commodities in an amount equal to the Cost Price (and the process set out in paragraphs (1) to (3) above shall apply to such Murabaha Contract); and (ii) pay the Periodic Distribution Amount due under the Certificates (from the Murabaha Profit component of the Deferred Price).

  • The Murabaha Profit remains fixed throughout the financing tenure.

  • Pursuant to the purchase of the Goods by the Bank, the Bank shall send to the Customer a duly executed Offer and Acceptance Notice offering to sell the Goods to the Customer on a deferred payment basis for the Deferred Payment Price, which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be the aggregate of the Cost Price and the Murabaha Profit.


More Definitions of Murabaha Profit

Murabaha Profit means the aggregate profit payable by the Customer to the Bank under the Murabaha Facility, as more specifically defined under the Murabaha Contract which is paid by the way of Monthly Murabaha Profit.
