Murabaha Sale definition

Murabaha Sale means a Transaction comprising a binding agreement for the sale of FPR Assets by the Seller to the Buyer following an exercise by the Seller of Buyer's Undertaking; the terms of each such Transaction shall be evidenced by a Confirmation, being a Murabaha FPR Asset Sale Confirmation.
