Named Driver definition

Named Driver means any person named in Your Policy Schedule under “Named Driver”.
Named Driver means any driver listed in the schedule of the certificate of insurance as a ‘Named Driver’.
Named Driver. – means the person or persons named on the Policy Schedule.

  • The compulsory excess of RM400 stated in Section A2g will not apply if Your Car is driven by a Named Driver provided they hold a valid full driving licence of the relevant type and are not disqualified to drive by law or for any other reason and are above the age of 21 years at the time of the Incident.

  • Further "driver" in the Policy Schedule should be restricted to Named Driver i.e., when an unregistered vehicle is to be driven under a Trade Certificate noted in the Schedule, a Named Driver shall drive it.
