Named Driver definition

Named Driver means any person named in Your Policy Schedule under “Named Driver”.
Named Driver means any driver listed in the schedule of the certificate of insurance as a ‘Named Driver’.
Named Driver means any named person(s) on the Agreement that you nominate to be allowed to drive the Vehicle during the Rental Period;

  • The compulsory excess of RM400 stated in Section A2g will not apply if Your Car is driven by a Named Driver provided they hold a valid full driving licence of the relevant type and are not disqualified to drive by law or for any other reason and are above the age of 21 years at the time of the Incident.

More Definitions of Named Driver

Named Driver. - means the person or persons named on the Policy Schedule.
Named Driver means those persons noted on the Application / Schedule for Insurance and recorded as ‘named drivers’ on the Policy Schedule;
