Named Member means the entity named as such on the Declarations page of the coverage agreement. If the Named Member on the Declarations page is a public entity risk pool, then any Named Members of that risk pool are also Named Members pursuant to this Coverage Agreement.

Named Member means the political subdivision within the State of Texas which is a current participant in the Pool and so designated in the CCD.

Upon exhaustion of the aggregate limit by such payments, the Pool will have no further obligations or liability of any kind to any Named Member.

By accepting this Coverage Document for which a contribution has been made to the Pool, the Named Member agrees that the statements in the Named Member’s application for coverage, and any subsequent annual renewal questionnaire forms are accurate and complete, and that the Pool has issued this Coverage Document in reliance upon those representations.
Any additional limits of liability purchased from the Pool by a Named Member in excess of those limits of liability stated in Section II.

More Definitions of Named Member

Named Member means the entity named as such on the Declarations page of the coverage agreement,

Named Member means the person and/or organization named in the Commercial General Liability Declarations of this coverage document.

Named Member means: the entity indicated in the Declarations and which has entered into a membership agreement with us.

Named Member or "Member" means the entity named on the Declarations page and its officers, employees and agents including volunteers, authorized to act on behalf of the Named Member, all acting within the scope of their employment or duties whether arising out of a governmental or proprietary function.

Named Member means a county or other political subdivision so designated in the CCD.
