Named Members definition

Named Members means as defined in Part V of the POLICY, but shall also include:
Named Members means Mr M J Lyons, Mr D Vernon-Smith, Mr J P Ruddlesdin and Mr P Zito and "Named Member" means any of them;
Named Members means individual NAESB members are specifically assigned by the EC to the subcommittee or task force. There will be an equal number of members from each segment, and each member shall have one vote. One designated alternate is allowed to represent a named segment member in the event that one of the named segment members does not attend a subcommittee or task force meeting, and notational voting is not permitted. A simple majority is required to decide issues and abstentions are not counted. The chair shall be selected from among the members of the group, or appointed by the EC, as the EC may determine.

More Definitions of Named Members

Named Members means Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Mr. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx and Dr. Xxxxxx Xxxx.

Related to Named Members

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.

  • Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.

  • Tribal Member means an enrolled member of the Tribe.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;

  • Members means the persons who are duly registered as the holders from time to time of shares in the register including persons who are jointly so registered.

  • Class B Members means the Members holding Class B Units.
