NASAA Mortgage Guidelines means the NASAA Mortgage Program Guidelines issued by the North American Securities Administrators Association, Inc., effective September 10, 1996, as amended.

  • Fitch Guidelines means the guidelines, as may be amended from time to time, in connection with Fitch’s ratings of the VMTP Shares.

  • Mortgage Policy has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(a)(iv)(B).

  • FHA Mortgage Insurance means, mortgage insurance authorized under the National Housing Act, as amended from time to time, and provided by the FHA.

  • FHA Mortgage Insurance Contract means the contractual obligation of the FHA respecting the insurance of a Mortgage Loan.

  • Modification Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Mortgage Policies has the meaning specified in Section 6.13(b)(ii).
