Nasdaq Specifications definition

Nasdaq Specifications means the specifications, as the same may be amended from time to time with which Distributor’s System must comply, which specifications are available from Nasdaq upon request.

The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;
