In the event the National Account Customer elects to discontinue DSD of the Fountain Syrups at any time, or if the bottler refuses to serve as the Company's exclusive agent, the exclusive agency granted to the Bottler pursuant to this paragraph shall immediately terminate without any liability whatsoever to the Company in connection therewith.
