National Account Customer means any one of the following entities: Sears, Sears Canada, Home Depot, Truserve, Ace, Home Hardware, WalMart, K-Mart, Builders Square, Home Base, Target, Xxxx'x Home Centers, The Contractors Yard, Xxxx Xxxxx, Canadian Tire, Xxxxxx Canada, Howdens, Revy Home & Garden, Grope, Sodisco Group, Zellers, Sam's, Costco, X.X.'s, Payless Cashways, Scotty's, BuyMart, Mid-States, Eagle Hardware and Garden, Distribution America, Pro Group, Shopko, Villager, AAFES and Menards (and their respective successors).

National Account Customer means any Person that has a business relationship with the Seller or any of its subsidiaries that primarily involves the performance of services by the Seller or its subsidiaries on behalf of a manufacturer of products that were sold by such manufacturer directly to such Person.

  • In the event the National Account Customer elects to discontinue DSD of the Fountain Syrups at any time, or if the bottler refuses to serve as the Company's exclusive agent, the exclusive agency granted to the Bottler pursuant to this paragraph shall immediately terminate without any liability whatsoever to the Company in connection therewith.
