For the purpose of this clause, “the Union” shall include the local executive, the Canadian Labour Congress, the Ontario Federation of Labour, the Ontario Division or the National Body of the Canadian Union of Public Employees.
Any employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union, the Canadian Labour Congress, the Ontario Federation of Labour, the Ontario Division or the National Body of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, shall be granted leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority by the Corporation for a period of up to two (2) years.
