National Health Mission definition

National Health Mission means The Mission Director (MD) of National Health Mission (Uttar Pradesh) or his /her representative and shall also include its successors in interest and assignees. The “Contractor” shall mean (successful bidder) i.e. the person whose tender has been accepted by National Health Mission and shall include his legal representatives and successors in interest.
