National Highway Traffic Safety Administration definition

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or “NHTSA” means the federal awarding agency funding the Grant to the AOC through OTS.
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. (“NHTSA”) shall mean the federal National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. If any of the obligations, duties, or jurisdiction of the NHTSA should at any time be transferred, consolidated, or merged with the obligations, duties, or jurisdiction of any other governmental agency, all references to “National Highway Traffic Safety Administration” or “NHTSA” herein shall specifically include and reference that other governmental agency or entity.
