Nationwide Network definition

Nationwide Network means all of the PCS Systems and PCS Sub-Systems built or to be owned and/or operated by the Owner or its Affiliates in North America.
Nationwide Network means all of the PCS Systems built or to be owned and/or operated by SprintCom or its Affiliates in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Nationwide Network. Net Price," "PCS Products," "Products," "Services," "Software," "System Areas", "System Support Services" and "United States" as such definitions are set forth in the Contract and replacing them, respectively, in their entirety with the following:

Examples of Nationwide Network in a sentence

  • Any Additional Affiliate that enters into an Additional Affiliate Agreement with the Vendor will have the right to choose among the Products and Services offered to the Owner under this Contract solely for use within the Nationwide Network.

  • Such market development manager must be reasonably knowledgeable in CDMA technology and the Owner's Nationwide Network and must work closely, and on a regularly scheduled basis, with the Owner's senior engineering and marketing personnel on feature development, feature roll-out, future road maps for CDMA Products, and any other marketing aspect of providing PCS that the Owner believes is beneficial to the Nationwide Network and/or any PCS System and/or Products at such time.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • public telecommunications network means the telecommunications infrastructure authorised by a Party to be used to provide public telecommunications services between defined network termination points;

  • Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) means telephone service for the transmission of human speech.

  • Network Operator means the provider of the Network.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.
