System Areas definition

System Areas has the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals to this Contract.

System Areas. System Support Services" and "United States" as such definitions are set forth in the Contract and replacing them, respectively, in their entirety with the following:
System Areas means those geographic areas in the United States (including its possessions and territories) in which the Owner and/or any of its Affiliates is operating, managing, constructing, planning to operate, manage or construct or otherwise possessing rights to operate, manage or construct a PCS system(s) or service(s)."

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.
