Natural Termination Date definition

Natural Termination Date means May 31 of the year indicated below: 🞎 2008 🞎 2009 🞎 2010.
Natural Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b). (dd) “Non-Guaranteed Elements” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2. (ee) “Other Reinsurance” has the meaning set forth in the definition ofInsurance Liabilities” in this Section 1.1. (ff) “Party” means either the Ceding Company or the Reinsurer, as applicable, and “Parties” means both the Ceding Company and the Reinsurer. (gg) “Payment Failure Termination Date” has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1. (hh) “Permit” means governmental qualifications, registrations, filings, privileges, franchises, licenses, permits, approvals, authorizations or waivers issued or granted by Governmental Authorities.
Natural Termination Date means May 31 of the year indicated below: 🞎 2008 🞎 2009 🞎 2010. NERC means the North American Electric Reliability Council or its successor. Network Integration Transmission Service has the meaning ascribed to such term in the MISO Tariff. In the event the MISO Tariff is modified such that “Network Integration Transmission Service” is no longer offered, Network Integration Transmission Service shall mean the type of transmission service offered under the MISO Tariff that is accorded the highest level of priority for scheduling and curtailment purposes. Non-Defaulting Party means (i) if a Company is the Defaulting Party, the BGS-FP Supplier; or (ii) if the BGS-FP Supplier is the Defaulting Party, each of the Companies.

Examples of Natural Termination Date in a sentence

  • Term has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1. Termination Date means the earlier of the Early Termination Date or the Natural Termination Date.

  • For the purposes of such determination, the quantities of CPP-H Supply provided for under this Agreement for the period following the Early Termination Date through the Natural Termination Date shall be deemed to be those quantities that would have been delivered on an hourly basis had this Agreement been in effect during the previous calendar year adjusted for such CPP-H Load changes as may have occurred since the previous calendar year.

  • For the purposes of such determination, the quantities of CPP-B Supply provided for under this Agreement for the period following the Early Termination Date through the Natural Termination Date shall be deemed to be those quantities that would have been delivered on an hourly basis had this Agreement been in effect during the previous calendar year adjusted for such CPP-B Load changes as may have occurred since the previous calendar year.

  • Company shall pay Executive severance compensation equal to the amount of Base Salary Executive would have been entitled to through the Natural Termination Date of this Agreement (the “Severance Compensation”).

Related to Natural Termination Date

  • Final Termination Date means the last date of the final year in which the Applicant is required to Maintain Viable Presence and as further identified in Section 2.3.E of this Agreement.

  • Commitment Termination Date means the earliest to occur of (a) the Maturity Date, (b) the date the Commitments are permanently reduced to zero pursuant to Section 2.8, and (c) the date of the termination of the Commitments pursuant to Article VIII.
