SCHEDULING AND CURTAILMENT. 6.1 The Open Access User agrees to comply with the procedures for availing Transmission and Wheeling Services in the matter of scheduling as specified by the Commission in the relevant orders and Regulations.

SCHEDULING AND CURTAILMENT. 6.1 Subject to the regulation, the banking facility user agrees to comply with the procedures for availing transmission, wheeling and banking services in the matter of scheduling as specified by the Commission in the balancing and settlement code or otherwise.
SCHEDULING AND CURTAILMENT. (a)Customer shall submit nominations to NEXUS in accordance with Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of the NEXUS FERC Gas Tariff; provided, however, that NEXUS may require Customer to provide nominations on a different schedule in order to ensure timely nominations with, and otherwise to ensure compliance with, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Vector Canada Tariff. NEXUS shall not be obligated to deliver a quantity of gas at any delivery point, regardless of any daily nomination by Customer, that exceeds the quantity of gas actually received for Customer’s account at the corresponding nominated receipt point (less any applicable fuel reimbursement quantities). Customer acknowledges that scheduling of all volumes for the Capacity Usage Service shall be subject to and in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Vector Canada Tariff.
SCHEDULING AND CURTAILMENT. The Open Access User agrees to comply with the procedures for availing Transmission and Wheeling Services in the matter of scheduling as specified by the Commission in the relevant orders and Regulations. In case of constraints, emergency/threat to grid security and stability, the APTRANSCO and/or ___PDCL, based on such direction(s) from SLDC, may curtail power to Open Access User. The priority of curtailment shall be as specified in the Regulations.

  • Scheduling i) The designated employer will provide the employee with their schedule of shifts in accordance with the collective agreement for both homes.   • Shift Scheduling The parties agree that the following shift schedules are examples of the type which will provide the flexibility required to meet the needs expressed above provided the provisions of Article VII Section 4 (b) (i) and (ii) have been met.

  • Dispatching CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and trained personnel to: • Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the service hour schedules and scheduled trips for each day; • Assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on-time, providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed; • Monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner; and, • Ensure that unanticipated service demands, passenger and vehicle accidents, other events and general service delivery are handled and performed in accordance with OoA policies and procedures. Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.
