NAV Report Date definition

NAV Report Date means two (2) Business Days after each NAV Calculation Date;
NAV Report Date means the last Business Day of each calendar month.
NAV Report Date means the last Business Day of each calendar week.

  • Following receipt by the Arranger and the Issuer of the NAV Report from the Calculation Agent on the NAV Report Date, the Arranger will publish a summary of the NAV Report on Bloomberg and will disseminate the NAV to SIX Financial Information USA Inc.

  • The Calculation Agent shall provide the NAV Report to the Arranger on each NAV Report Date.

Related to NAV Report Date

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 12, 2021 and effective December 31, 2020.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.
