NC Tracks definition

NC Tracks means the multi-payer Medicaid Management Information System for the NC Department of Health and Human Services. It is a condition precedent of this Contract and payment hereunder that Provider be properly enrolled in NC Tracks.
NC Tracks. The Department’s multi-payer Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). NC Tracks adjudicates claims for multiple NC DHHS divisions, including DHB, DMH/DD/SAS, Division of Public Health, and Office of Rural Health. NC Tracks also serves as a central repository for Medicaid, NC Health Choice and State-funded Services Provider and Member data.

  • Alliance will not process retroactive changes, and the effective date of any change will be no sooner than the effective date on the Notice of Change or the effective date shown in NC Tracks, whichever is later.

  • The effective date of any Provider added under this Agreement shall be the later of the effective date of this Agreement or the date by which the Provider’s enrollment as a Medicaid enrolled provider is effective within NC Tracks or successor NC Medicaid provider enrollment system(s).

  • Provider must be actively enrolled with the Department as a State-funded Services provider in NC Tracks and is subject to termination of this Contract if such enrollment is not maintained in an active status.

  • The Effective Date of any Provider added under this Contract shall be the later of the Effective Date of this Contract or the date by which the Provider’s enrollment is effective within NC Tracks or successor NC Medicaid provider enrollment system(s).

  • Each billing employee will have login information, so repeat this step for each billing employee who has an NCID and password from NC Tracks.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program or "MS4 Program" means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations and the Act and attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • American Express Meeting Planner Account or “AMEX MPA” is the method by which all Master Account charges under this Agreement shall be settled with an American Express Meeting Planner Account or AMEX MPA number. The appropriate and authorized AMEX MPA number will be provided to the Contractor only when a final invoice is received, reviewed, and approved by the AOC, in accordance with the provisions of this exhibit.

  • ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.
