Member Data definition

Member Data means personal, health, medical, health-related or other information or data about a Member submitted by such Member to the Company in accordance with the Member Data Policies.

Member Data. The name, address, phone number, email address, job title, work location(s), District seniority date, current classification seniority date, FTE, wage rate, insurance plan(s) and premium costs to employee for each bargaining unit employee shall be provided annually by November 30 to the Union and supplemented at least monthly as new employees transfer work locations or terminate employment. Such information shall be provided to the Union in electronic format, preferably in Excel TM format.

Member Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.1.

Examples of Member Data in a sentence

• Hard copies of the Member Data will not be accepted if the same are not accompanied along with the soft copy of the data.

• For each Industry Member for which errors in Industry Member Data submitted to the Central Repository have been identified by the Plan Processor or otherwise, such Industry Member shall submit corrected Industry Member Data to the Central Repository by 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on T+3.

• As contemplated in Appendix D, Data Types and Sources, each Industry Member may utilize such methods as may be provided by the Plan Processor and approved by the Operating Committee to transmit Industry Member Data to the Central Repository.

• Each Participant shall, through its Compliance Rule, permit its Industry Members to voluntarily report Industry Member Data prior to the applicable 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time deadline.

• As contemplated in Appendix D, Data Types and Sources, each Participant shall, through its Compliance Rule, require its Industry Members to report Industry Member Data to the Central Repository for consolidation and storage in a format or formats specified by the Plan Processor, approved by the Operating Committee and compliant with SEC Rule 613.

More Definitions of Member Data

Member Data means the data, information and content provided by Member and/or Authorized Users through the Parchment Services, including Credentials, but excluding De- Identified Data and Transactional Data.

Member Data means all data uploaded onto the Website and/or Platform by a Member or its Authorised Users.

During the Term, (i) access of Novation or the applicable Alliance to Member Data arising solely from the consent of a particular Participating Member shall continue as long as the Member remains a Participating Member and is subject to an agreement with Service Provider or Neoforma and as long as such Participating Member’s consent to such access remains in effect, and (ii) Novation’s access to Member Data arising solely from a Supplier’s consent shall continue as long as the Supplier’s consent to such access remains uncontested and in effect.

Member Data means any and all information regarding ESI Members (identifiable as such by PlanetRx) including, without limitation, any and all information reasonably obtainable in connection with any ESI Member purchases facilitated through the PlanetRx Site, whether in separately identifiable or aggregated form, including, without limitation, first or last name; E-mail or other address; postal code; gender or other demographic characteristics; year or date of birth; social security or other tax identification number; occupation or other socio-economic or financial information; nature, subject matter, date or amount paid in any purchase(s), preferences or habits; and any other identifying information, whether or not actually provided, collected, derived or deduced, and regardless of its accuracy or completeness.

Member Data means various types of data captured, obtained or delivered depending on the methodology and submitted into a database, including behavior data tracked on an application, data obtained from self-reported surveys and interviews, behavior data obtained from third parties with a member’s consent, and any social or related data.
