NCLA Valuation Date definition

NCLA Valuation Date means the date that is ninety (90) days after the date on which notice of the Star Termination Election or the Guarantor Termination Election is delivered;

  • MFP Valuation Date means the MFP Settlement Valuation Date;

  • ST Valuation Date means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • SPS Valuation Date means the SPS Redemption Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.
