  • For purposes of clarification, Services provided by NEC or NEC Parties or their affiliates under this Agreement shall not be deemed to be Third-Party Services for purposes of this Section 8.4.

  • Relevant Parties means the Agent, each Borrower, each Security Party, the Security Trustee, each Lender and the Swap Bank;
