Necessary public service definition

Necessary public service means any of the following facilities that have a life expectancy of three or more years and that are owned and operated by or on behalf of the municipality:

  • public service means the public service referred to in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (promulgated by Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), and includes any organisational component contemplated in section 7(4) of that Act and specified in the first column of Schedule 2 to that Act, but excluding-

  • Public Service Commission means the Public Service Commission constituted under this Constitution;

  • Public servant means a person who is employed by, or who holds any office or other position in, a public service body;

  • Electric Service means the furnishing of electric power and energy for lighting, heating, power, or any other purpose for which electric power and energy can be used;

  • CPN is as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 64.1600(c).

  • AT&T KENTUCKY means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kentucky.

  • AT&T MISSISSIPPI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Mississippi.

  • AT&T-4STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.

  • AT&T KANSAS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kansas.
