Negative Election Notice means a notice served by the Landlord on the Tenant under this clause 5.9 stating that the Landlord does not intend to reinstate the Property after the occurrence of Uninsured Damage;
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
FOIA notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Administrative Agent to a Collection Bank.
Determination Notice is defined in Section 6.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.
Required Notice Period means the number of days required notice set forth below applicable to the Aggregate Reduction indicated below: Aggregate Reduction Required Notice Period £$100,000,000 two Business Days >$100,000,000 to $250,000,000 five Business Days ³$250,000,000 ten Business Days
Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.
Acquisition Notice has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(a).
Step-In Notice has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;
Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
Contribution Notice means a contribution notice issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 38 or section 47 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.
Advance Notice Date means each date the Company delivers to the Investor an Advance Notice requiring the Investor to advance funds to the Company, subject to the terms of this Agreement. No Advance Notice Date shall be less than seven (7) Trading Days after the prior Advance Notice Date.
Rollover Notice shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.2.
Class Notice means the COURT APPROVED NOTICE OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AND HEARING DATE FOR FINAL COURT APPROVAL, to be mailed to Class Members in English in the form, without material variation, attached as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.
Step-Out Notice has the meaning given to it in Section 8.1.
Election Period means the period immediately preceding the beginning of each Plan Year established by the Administrator, such period to be applied on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis for all Employees and Participants. However, an Employee's initial Election Period shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.
