Negotiated Labor Rates definition

Negotiated Labor Rates means a payment method whereby the consultant and INDOT have agreed upon a specified hourly rate per classification for personnel working on an INDOT project. The negotiated (or agreed upon) rate takes into account the consultant’s overhead rate and profit (which is not to exceed 15%), and must be approved by INDOT’s contract audit supervisor.
