Net Cash Flows definition

Net Cash Flows for a period, means the net sum, if a positive number, of (without duplication):
Net Cash Flows means the excess of revenue over expenses less any reserves the Management Committee considers appropriate or necessary for the conduct of business.
Net Cash Flows means, for any month, the gross amount of all distributions received by the Borrower from CCR in such month minus all cash expenses paid by the Borrower in such month minus all amounts paid in such month to the members of the Borrower as tax distributions or set aside in such month for future tax distributions to be made to the members of the Borrower.

  • The Borrower shall, or shall cause, all Actual Net Cash Flows paid to the Borrower by a Partnership Managing Member, Lessor Managing Member or Lessor of a Subject Fund to be deposited in the Revenue Account.

More Definitions of Net Cash Flows

Net Cash Flows with respect to a Project Company shall mean the net sum of the following, as reasonably determined in good faith by the governing body of the Project Company:
Net Cash Flows means, with respect to any period, the amount equal to (a) the sum of (i) any amount (including Existing Airport Passenger Charges) deposited in, or credited to, without duplication, the Peso Revenues Account and the Offshore Revenues Account during such period and (ii) all interest and other income of the Issuer deposited in, or credited to, without duplication, the Peso Revenues Account and the Offshore Revenues Account during such period, minus (b) the sum of (i) all Certified IVA Payments made during such period pursuant to priority First, of Section 4.1(a) and Section 4.1(b) of the Intercreditor Agreement plus (ii) all Operating Costs paid
Net Cash Flows means the revenue less royalty interests, production taxes, direct operating expenses, and net investment, of Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries, calculated in accordance with GAAP.
Net Cash Flows has the meaning specified in the Partnership Agreements.
Net Cash Flows for any calendar month or portion thereof falling within the Measurement Period are the Cash Inflows minus the Cash Outflows for such month (and may be positive or negative depending on whether the Cash Inflows are greater or less than the Cash Outflows).
Net Cash Flows means, for any period, the excess of: (i) the sum of (A) the Company’s revenues for such period, as determined under generally accepted accounting principles, from ownership and/or operation of Real Estate Assets, Loans and other Investments and (B) the net cash proceeds realized by the Company during such period from any Sale; over (ii) the sum of (A) “Total Operating Expenses” (as such term is defined in the Articles of Incorporation) for such period and (B) those costs and expenses for such period expressly excluded from such definition of “Total Operating Expenses” in clauses (i) through (viii), inclusive, of such definition.
Net Cash Flows means cash inflows less cash outflows representing changes in Cash and Cash Equivalent balances during a period, where “Cash” means cash on hand and demand deposits and “Cash Equivalents” means short term highly liquid investments that are readily convertible to known amounts of Cash and which are subject to an insignificant risk of changes in value. For the avoidance of doubt, Cash and Cash Equivalent balances shall be excluded from Net Cash Flows; and
