Lease Fees. The Authority will invoice the Municipality and collect on monthly Municipal invoices for Lease Fees on assets owned by the Authority that are used in the provision of transit service. Lease Fees are comprised of the following:

Lease Fees. An initial rental is established as set forth in the abstract and shall be paid in advance at the office of the fixed base operator (see Airport Contact Person listed in the abstract)

Lease Fees. (a) Commencing upon the Agreement Commencement Date, Lessee shall pay to Lessor an annual Lease fee of one hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($100.00) (the “Annual Fee”), for each year this facility Lease agreement is in effect.
Lease Fees. (a) In connection with each Lessee, Lessor will provide a loss and destruction waiver fee for a monthly charge of $4.95 per month, per set of equipment included in the Lease. This fee may be changed from time to time and will be waived if the Lessee provides Lessor, within thirty (30) days of the Lease commencement date, a valid certificate of insurance from a recognized and acceptable insurance company naming Lessor as Loss Payee and Additional Insured.
Lease Fees. (a) In connection with each placement of streaming equipment to said business there is a waiver of fees as long as said business complies with the minimum 25.5 hours of streaming per week.
