Examples of Net Cash Income in a sentence
Subject to the provisions of this section, the Trustees may in their discretion, distribute Principal for any purpose for which Net Cash Income of the Trust may be distributed.
The Trustees may distribute some, all, or none of the annual Net Cash Income of the Trust as the Trustees shall decide in their discretion and as described in this Section 6.
In making their estimates of Net Cash Income, the Trustees shall not incur any liability and shall be indemnified as set forth in this Trust Agreement in acting in good faith in relying upon the estimates of such Net Cash Income made by their financial advisors and money managers, whether the distributions resulting therefrom are an under distribution or over distribution of actual Net Cash Income.
