Net Fund Value means the Gross Fund Value, less Court-approved Settlement
Net Fund Value is a subset of the Gross Fund Value, which consists of the portion of the Gross Fund Value that remains following deduction of the Court-approved Fee Award, Incentive Payments, and Settlement Administration Expenses.
Net Fund Value or “NFV” means the Gross Fund Value less the Class Counsel
