Net Intercompany Amount definition

Net Intercompany Amount means the aggregate amount (expressed as an absolute value) of the Intercompany Credit Amount minus the aggregate amount (expressed as an absolute value) of the Intercompany Debt Amount.
Net Intercompany Amount the outstanding amount of Intercompany Receivables after all Intercompany Payables and Intercompany Receivables are netted out and terminated pursuant to Clause 2.4.2;
