Net Metering Credits definition

Net Metering Credits means the combination of Renewable Net Metering Credits and Excess Renewable Net Metering Credits, if Excess Renewable Net Metering Credits are produced.
Net Metering Credits has the meaning set forth in 220 C.M.R. §18.00, as may be amended from time to time by a Governmental Authority, as implemented by the Tariffs.
Net Metering Credits has the meaning set forth in paragraph 5 of the Background section of this Agreement.

  • The Distribution Company shall not be responsible for resolving disputes between the Host Customer and those Customers to whom the Host Customer is allocating Net Metering Credits.

Net Metering Credits shall have the meaning set forth in 220 C.M.R. § 18.00, as implemented by the Tariff.
Net Metering Credits shall have the meaning set forth in R.I. Gen. Laws § 39-26.4- 1 et and any regulations promulgated thereunder, for Renewable Energy Net-Metering credits, as implemented by the Tariff. One unit of Net Metering Credit shall correspond to one kWh of energy production.
