Net Revenue Requirement definition

Net Revenue Requirement means, with respect to any period of time, an amount necessary to cure deficiencies, if any, in the Debt Service Account, the Debt Reserve Account, any Junior Bond Debt Service Account and any Junior Bond Debt Reserve Account plus the greater of (i) the sum of Aggregate Debt Service, the Junior Bond Revenue Requirement and the Renewal and Replacement Deposit for such period or (ii) 1.3 times the Aggregate Debt Service for such period.
Net Revenue Requirement or “NRRy” means the amount, expressed in Dollars per MW- month, as set out in Exhibit B.

Examples of Net Revenue Requirement in a sentence

  • Actual Net Revenue Requirement (calculated in accordance with page 1, line 7 of Attachment H, Addendum 6) for the previous year shall be compared to the projections made for that same year (True-Up Year) to determine any excess or shortfall in the projected revenue requirement that was used for billing purposes in the True-Up Year.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if the initial year of this rate schedule is a partial year, the initial projected Net Revenue Requirement will be divided by the number of months the Formula Rate is in effect to calculate the monthly projected cost of service to be collected each month of the first year.

  • Interest on any True-up Adjustment over/under recovery of the actual Net Revenue Requirement shall be calculated in accordance with the Formula Rate true-up worksheet.

More Definitions of Net Revenue Requirement

Net Revenue Requirement or “NRR” means that amount set out in Exhibit B as being the “Net Revenue Requirement”.
Net Revenue Requirement means, with respect to any Fiscal Year or any period, an amount equal to the greater of: (i) the sum of (a) the Aggregate Debt Service under the First Bond Resolution and the Aggregate Debt Service in such Fiscal Year or such period, and (b) the Required Deposits for such Fiscal Year or such period; or
Net Revenue Requirement means with respect to each Fiscal Year or other period an amount equal to the greater of: (a) one hundred twenty percent (120%) of Debt Service; or (b) one hundred percent (100%) of Debt Service plus the total amount of principal of and interest on all general obligation or other bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness (excluding principal of bond anticipation notes to the extent they are paid or to be paid from proceeds of bonds or other obligations maturing after the end of the Fiscal Year or other period) payable from Revenues during the Fiscal Year or other period and the additional amount, if any, required to be paid from the General Reserve Account to satisfy the Renewal and Replacement Requirement for the Fiscal Year or other period.
Net Revenue Requirement or “NRRy” has the meaning given to it in Exhibit J.
Net Revenue Requirement means with respect to any Fiscal Year or any period, an amount equal to the greater of: (i) the sum of (a) the Aggregate Debt Service in such Fiscal Year or such period and (b) the Required Deposits for such Fiscal Year or such period; or (ii) 1.20 times the Aggregate Debt Service in such Fiscal Year or such period plus 1.20 times the aggregate Support Facility Reimbursement Obligations outstanding as of the end of such Fiscal Year or such period.
Net Revenue Requirement means the achievement by the Borrower, as of the last day of each fiscal quarter, of a minimum Net Revenue of: (i) Three Million Two Hundred One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Four Dollars ($3,201,954.00) for the quarter ending March 31, 1999; (ii) Four Million Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Dollars ($4,030,710.00) for the quarter ending June 30, 1999; (iii) Four Million Six Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Two Dollars ($4,625,442.00) for the quarter ending September 30, 1999; and (iv) Five Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars ($5,733,479.00) for the quarter ending December 31, 1999, and for each quarter thereafter. Borrower's Net Revenue calculation for each fiscal quarter shall be included in the Compliance Certificate as described in Section 6.3 hereof."
Net Revenue Requirement means, with respect to any period of time, an amount equal to the greater of (i) the sum of (A) Aggregate Debt Service, (B) amounts required to make deposits to the Senior Debt Service Reserve Fund, if any, (C) amounts required to make Reserve Maintenance Payments, and (D) amounts required to be deposited in the Junior Indebtedness Fund pursuant to the Supplemental Resolution or other resolution or agreement authorizing outstanding Junior Indebtedness or (ii) 1.20 times the sum of the Aggregate Debt Service for such period; provided, however, that “Aggregate Debt Service” for purposes of calculating the Net Revenue Requirement may be reduced by an amount equal to investment income on the Senior Debt Service Fund and on the Senior Debt Service Reserve Fund to the extent such investment income is required to be retained in or transferred to the Senior Debt Service Fund, as appropriate, pursuant to a Supplemental Resolution, such amount to be calculated at the rate per annum equal to the lesser of (A) the then current yield on five year obligations of the United States Treasury and (B) the actual income to be earned as estimated by an Authorized Officer.
