Settlement Month definition

Settlement Month has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.2, provided that if the first or last Settlement Month in the Term is less than a full calendar month, for the purposes of Exhibit J such month shall be equal to the number of days of the Term in such calendar month.

Examples of Settlement Month in a sentence

  • A Statement may be delivered by the Buyer to the Supplier by electronic means and shall include the reference number assigned to this Agreement by the Buyer and a description of the components of the Monthly Payment and other payments, as described in this Agreement, including Section 4.1 as applicable, owing to the Supplier for the Settlement Month.

Settlement Month means a calendar month (or part thereof) during the Contract Service Term to which

Related to Settlement Month

  • Payment month means, for all programs except EA, the calendar month for which benefits are issued.
