Maintenance Payments definition

Maintenance Payments has the meaning provided in Annex A.

More Definitions of Maintenance Payments

Maintenance Payments means payments made to adoptive parents on behalf of a child with special needs to help with daily living expenses.
Maintenance Payments means any payment received under or pursuant to any maintenance arrangement that may be prescribed;

"Maintenance Program," as of any date of determination, means Lessee's program of overhaul and maintenance for the Equipment, approved by the Aeronautics Authority and which: (i) at all times complies in all material respects with the then latest revision of the Manufacturer's Maintenance Planning Document, (ii) incorporates the then latest revision of the Manufacturer's Corrosion Prevention and Control Program for aircraft of similar type as the Aircraft, and (iii) at all times complies in all material respects with the then latest revision of the Engine manufacturer's engine management program.
Maintenance Payments means payments required under a maintenance order;
Maintenance Payments means, at the time of calculation, with respect to each Aircraft Asset, any amounts held by or due to be paid to the lessor by the Lessee under the applicable Lease in respect of the usage, operation or maintenance of the airframes, engines, auxiliary power units or landing gear, whether such amounts are designated under the applicable lease as maintenance payments, supplemental rent or any other term with similar meaning.
Maintenance Payments means those payments required to be made by Lessee pursuant to Clauses 5.1 and 5.2 of this Agreement.
