Senior Debt Service Reserve Fund definition

Senior Debt Service Reserve Fund means the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (Virginia) Wastewater Revenue Bonds Debt Service Reserve Fund created and so designated by Section 501 of the Senior Trust Agreement.

Senior Debt Service Reserve Fund means the fund created by that name pursuant to Section 5.02 hereof and, unless the context otherwise requires, all accounts therein as may be established from time to time pursuant to Supplemental Ordinances.
