Payment transactions for Additional Cards are subject to separate agreements between the Company and the Additional Card issuing Networks (Additional Card Network Agreements).
The Company will promptly notify First Data if any of its Additional Card Network Agreements expire or terminate.
The Company will comply with the terms of its Additional Card Network Agreements and obtain any consents required by these Networks to submit Additional Card transactions to First Data for processing.
