Neuroscience Business definition

Neuroscience Business has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
Neuroscience Business means those businesses, operations and activities of Alkermes or any of its Subsidiaries (whether or not such businesses, operations or activities are or have been terminated, divested or discontinued) other than the Oncology Business and, after the Distribution Effective Time, those entities or businesses acquired or established by or for any member of the Alkermes Group.
Neuroscience Business means GSK’s then existing assets or business relating to products for the treatment of neurological diseases.

  • The Parties agree that upon written request from either Party that certain information relating to the Oncology Business, the Neuroscience Business or the transactions contemplated hereby be retained in connection with an Action, the other Party shall use reasonable efforts to preserve and not to destroy or dispose of such information without the consent of the requesting Party.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

The term includes, without limitation, the use of step therapy, prior authorization or categorizing drugs and devices based on cost, type or method of administration.

  • Active business operations means all business operations that are not inactive business operations.

  • Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services.
