The Parties agree that upon written request from either Party that certain information relating to the Oncology Business, the Neuroscience Business or the transactions contemplated hereby be retained in connection with an Action, the other Party shall use reasonable efforts to preserve and not to destroy or dispose of such information without the consent of the requesting Party.
The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Services are generally intended to facilitate the transactions contemplated by the Separation Agreement, and, to the extent Services described in any Transition Service Schedule are general in nature, are solely intended to support the continued operation of the Neuroscience Business.
