New Channel definition

New Channel means such channel which does not form part of Annexure A of this Agreement at the time of signing of the Agreement, but is subsequently introduced by BCCL, after acquiring necessary license from MIB;
New Channel means an environment in which payment is initiated through a device that does not use a standard Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) browser to process authentication of VbV or SC Transactions or an environment or device which is otherwise not approved by us for VbV or SC Transactions and includes but is not limited to Transactions initiated through a mobile telephone;
New Channel means a television broadcasting of the program operated by the Provider based on License No. sve/2664/2011 dated August 23, 2011, granted by the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting;

Examples of New Channel in a sentence

  • In the event STAR introduces any New Channel under clause 6.1; STAR shall publish the relevant information on STAR’s Website as per applicable Law.

  • In the event TVTN introduces any New Channel under clause 6.1; TVTN shall publish the relevant information on TVTN’s Website as per applicable Law.

  • Upon launch of a New Channel, Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative) will publish the relevant information about New Channel on its website as per the Applicable Laws.

  • If Affiliate is desirous of re-transmitting signals of such New Channel, then Parties shall execute necessary paperwork/document, as shall be required by Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative) and such paperwork/document shall be deemed as part and parcel of this Agreement upon its execution by both Parties.
