New Class A Common Stock definition

New Class A Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock to be issued by Reorganized Tribune in connection with the implementation of, and as authorized by, this Plan, which shall have the powers, preferences and rights and be subject to the limitations, qualifications and restrictions, in each case as set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation.
New Class A Common Stock means the 3,800,000 shares of Congoleum Class A common stock, par value $.01 per share, to be issued by Reorganized Congoleum to the Plan Trust on the Effective Date.
