New Commitment definition

New Commitment has the meaning specified in Section 2.21(a).
New Commitment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23.
New Commitment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(b).

More Definitions of New Commitment

New Commitment means any written commitment Seller may receive during the Term of this Agreement from a third party to provide factoring to Seller, which commitment Seller intends to accept.
New Commitment means the Commitment of each Remaining Lender under the Credit Facility as set out in Appendix 2.
New Commitment means, with respect to each New Lender, the commitment, if any, of such New Lender to make New Loans on the Restatement Effective Date, expressed as an amount representing the maximum principal amount of the New Loan to be made by such New Lender hereunder.
