New Construction Committee definition

New Construction Committee or "NCC" shall mean the New Construction Committee referred to in Article X, Section 1 of the Declaration.

Examples of New Construction Committee in a sentence

  • All other signs must be approved in advance in writing by the New Construction Committee or Architectural Committee, as applicable, as provided above.

  • The New Construction Committee shall be responsible for initial approval of all New Construction on the Lot through and including the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the Residential Unit thereon.

  • Solar energy collecting units or panels may be placed, constructed or installed upon a Lot only at such locations as are determined by the New Construction Committee or Architectural Committee, as applicable, to minimize objectionable aesthetics, subject to the requirements of Section 163.04, Florida Statutes, as amended from time to time.

  • No machinery or equipment of any kind shall be placed, operated, or maintained upon or adjacent to any Lot except such machinery or equipment as is usual and customary in connection with the use or maintenance of Improvements constructed by the Declarant or approved by the New Construction Committee or Architectural Committee, as applicable.

  • Except as initially installed by the Declarant, no spotlights, floodlights or other high intensity lighting shall be placed or utilized upon any Lot or any structure erected thereon which in any manner will allow light to be directed or reflected on any other property except as approved by the New Construction Committee or Architectural Committee, as applicable.

  • The Declarant shall establish a New Construction Committee consisting of one or more members appointed by the Declarant to approve New Construction on each Lot and to perform such other functions and duties as may be imposed upon it by this Declaration or the Declarant related thereto.

  • The landscaping and irrigation Improvements shall be installed in accordance with plans approved in writing by the New Construction Committee or Architectural Committee, as applicable.

  • So long as Declarant owns at least one (1) Lot in the Property, the Declarant shall have the right to appoint and remove all members of the New Construction Committee.

Related to New Construction Committee

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Managing Committee means the managing committee entrusted with the management of a trade union;

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Coordinating board means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;
