NEW DEPOT definition
NEW DEPOT means a new depot as agreed to by the Parties for the purposes of this Agreement. “NON-BLUE BOX MATERIAL” means material that is not Blue Box Material.
NEW DEPOT means any depot purchased or developed by the Operator or by TfNSW during the Term.
