New Extended Commitments has the meaning provided in SECTION 2.28(c).
Examples of New Extended Commitments in a sentence
Extended Commitments and New Extended Commitments shall be established pursuant to an amendment (each, an “Extension Amendment”) to this Agreement among the Borrowers, the Agent and each Extending Lender and each New Commitment Extending Lender, if any, providing an Extended Commitment or a New Extended Commitment, as applicable, thereunder, which shall be consistent with the provisions set forth in Sections 2.17(a), (b) and (c) above (but which shall not require the consent of any other Lender).
