New Fund definition

New Fund means each of the series portfolios of the Trust, one of which shall correspond to one of the Current Funds as shown on Schedule A.
New Fund means an Amendment Fund that is not an Existing Fund.
New Fund means a benefit fund that is or is to be established under Division 1 for the purposes of a restructure under this Division.

  • Should this occur, the amount of New Fund shares may also need to be corrected to reflect the correct share amount (e.g., if a shareholder exchanges all shares of a fund with an understated NAV into a New Fund, the shareholder will receive less proceeds and therefore less shares of the New Fund and the New Fund account also would be corrected).

  • In order to facilitate the introduction of New Fund and Products and keep transfer agency expenses at a minimum, certain billing restrictions and/or Caps apply to New Funds (except the MainStay ETF Asset Allocation Funds).

  • Please acknowledge your agreement to provide such management and investment advisory services to the New Fund and the Trend-Enhanced Markets Subsidiary by executing this letter agreement in the space provided below and then returning it to the undersigned.

  • This waiver expressly includes, but is not limited to, the New Fund Teucrium Fee, as defined in Section 5.3 of Schedule A.


More Definitions of New Fund

New Fund means each Series which does not appear on Schedule 2 to the Credit Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the Amendment Effective Date and which does appear on Schedule 2 to this Amendment, (iv) “Existing Borrower” means each Borrower immediately prior to the Amendment Effective Date, (v) “Continuing Borrower” means an Existing Borrower that will be a Borrower on the Amendment Effective Date, (vi) “New Borrower” means a Series Borrower acting on behalf of and for the account of a New Fund, and (vii) “Amendment Borrowers” means each Continuing Borrower and each New Borrower.
New Fund or "New Funds" means (a) any investment fund or funds formed after the date hereof and sponsored, advised or managed by Hicks Muse, Olympus or any of their respective Affiliaxxx xnd (b) any other Person which may acquire an Investment in an Investment Party or a New Portfolio Company or any part thereof.
New Fund means any Fund that has a First Closing after a Combination that is not an Identified Fund, a TPG Successor Fund or a Counterparty Successor Fund.
New Fund has the meaning given such term in Section 2.4 of this Agreement.
New Fund means a fund owned and operated by the agency and, upon termination of the agency, the successor organization of the West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency and shall consist of those funds transferred to it from the Public Employees Insurance Fund and any other applicable funds. New fund shall include all moneys due and payable to the Public Employee’s Insurance Agency as of June 30, 2025.

New fund shall include all moneys due and payable to the workers’ compensation fund for the quarters ending the thirtieth day of September, two thousand five and the thirty-first day of December, two thousand five, which have not been collected by the workers’ compensation fund as of the thirty-first day of December, two thousand five.
