New GSE definition

New GSE means GSE of which a GSE Operator commences or commenced operation On- Site after December 31, 2003, except GSE that is a replacement of GSE operated On-Site by a Nonparticipating GSE Operator On-Site as of December 31, 1997.
New GSE or “New Piece of GSE” means GSE that an Individual Participating Airline brings into a District Airport after December 31, 2003 if an Individual Participating Airline has not designated such GSE as Replacement GSE.

  • Compliance with the New GSE XXX Requirement shall be measured using Equation 4 of Appendix 1 of the SCGSE MOU.

  • LAWA shall ensure that, with the exception of ZEVs, each piece of New GSE operated by Nonparticipating GSE Operators meets on-road and non-road clean diesel and gasoline engine standards applicable to that piece at commencement of operation of that piece.

  • If the Nonparticipating GSE Operators collectively do not satisfy the New GSE XXX Requirement, liquidated damages shall be assessed against each Nonparticipating GSE Operator that has not satisfied the New GSE XXX Requirement, in amounts as set forth for “Participating Airlines” in Section IV.D.2.e of the SCGSE MOU.

  • LAWA shall ensure that by December 31, 2010, Nonparticipating GSE Operators, in the aggregate, have ZEVs represent at least 45% of New GSE (“New GSE XXX Requirement”).

  • The New GSE XXX Goal shall be met as an average industry aggregate by the Participating Airlines, and shall be determined in accordance with Equation 4 of Appendix 1 attached hereto.

  • If the Participating Airlines collectively do not meet the Interim XXX Goal for New GSE, each Individual Participating Airline that has not met that goal is liable for liquidated damages for its share of the XXX shortfall as provided in Equation 4 of Appendix 1 attached hereto.

  • All Non-XXX New GSE purchased as part of the growth fleet will meet on-road and nonroad clean diesel and gasoline engine standards that are applicable for that engine at the time that the Non-XXX New GSE is brought into the South Coast.

  • The Participating Airlines will, in aggregate, have ZEVs represent at least forty-five percent (45%) of New GSE by December 31, 2010.

  • The Individual Participating Airline shall pay $5,000 in liquidated damages for each six month period until compliance is achieved or until December 31, 2012, at which time the Participating Airline will pay to ARB the balance of $50,000 for each piece of GSE short of the New GSE XXX Goal.

  • New GSE originations would be limited to prime tier one and prime tier two loans.

  • New Guarantor means each Person who becomes a Guarantor in relation to the Securities by executing a New Guarantor Supplemental Indenture, in each case unless and until such Guarantor has been released from its Guarantee pursuant to Section 1302.

  • Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.

  • RCPSC means the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

  • New Holdings shall have the meaning provided in the definition of the term “Holdings”.

  • CPET means the UK Government’s Central Point of Expertise on Timber.

  • APM means material associated with the MS operating system Software or application Software, or both, that accompany the HPE Computer System in HPE’s packaging, including without limitation, the Customer manual, recovery media, and external media;

  • Oxides of nitrogen means the sum of the volume mixing ratio (ppbv) of nitrogen monoxide (nitric oxide) and nitrogen dioxide expressed in units of mass concentration of nitrogen dioxide (μg/m3);

  • DCFS means COUNTY’s Department of Children and Family Services.

  • New Holdco means the direct or indirect Subsidiary of the Ultimate Parent following the Post-Closing Reorganizations.

  • Polymer means a substance consisting of molecules characterised by the sequence of one or more types of monomer units and comprising a simple weight majority of molecules containing at least three monomer units which are covalently bound to at least one other monomer unit or other reactant and consists of less than a simple weight majority of molecules of the same molecular weight. Such molecules must be distributed over a range of molecular weights wherein differences in the molecular weight are primarily attributable to differences in the number of monomer units. In the context of this definition a ‘monomer unit’ means the reacted form of a monomer in a polymer;

  • Successor Holdings has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.03(a)(v).

  • Dte. GHS means Directorate General and Health Services, MOH&FW.

  • National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:

  • OpCo has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • ECC means the amount calculated by Contractor for the total cost of all elements of the Work based on this Agreement available at the time(s) that the ECC is prepared. The ECC shall be based on current market rates with reasonable allowance for overhead, profit and price escalation and shall include and consider, without limitation, all alternates and contingencies, designed and specified by A/E and the cost of labor and materials necessary for installation of Owner furnished equipment. The ECC shall include all the cost elements included in the AACC, as defined above, and shall represent Contractor’s best current estimate of the Guaranteed Maximum Price it will propose for the Project based on the information then available. The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.

  • GVWR means gross vehicle weight rating.

  • SOFRi means the SOFR for:

  • CEI / “CEIG” shall mean Chief Electrical Inspector to the State Government.

  • Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.

  • Wireless means a wireless handheld validation unit used with a supporting Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) as part of an approved gaming system. Amended 1/14/15

  • IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.

  • Non-transient non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least 25 of the same persons over 6 months per year.

  • Municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4 means a conveyance or system of conveyances (including roads with drainage systems, municipal streets, catch basins, curbs, gutters, ditches, man-made channels, or storm drains):

  • Affirmative marketing means a regional marketing strategy designed to attract buyers and/or renters of affordable units pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.15.

  • CPM means a Critical Path method format to be used for the Construction Schedule.
