New importers definition

New importers means:
New importers means importers other than traditional importers within the meaning of (a), whether traders, natural or legal persons, individuals or groups of operators set up in accordance with national law, who can prove that:
New importers means importers other than those referred to in point 1, that have imported into Bulgaria or Romania at least 50 tonnes of processed fruit and vegetable products, as referred to in Article 1(2) of Regulation (EC) No 2201/96, in each of the two previous calendar years.

  • Potential cash payments related to the earn-out provisions are payable beginning in fiscal 2014 and ending in fiscal 2017 subject to achievement of the earn-out provisions.

More Definitions of New importers

New importers means importers other than as referred to in paragraph 1, whether natural or legal persons, individuals or groups of operators set up in accordance with national law, who have imported into the Community at least 50 tonnes of fruit and vegetables as referred to in Article 1(2) of Regulation (EC) No 2200/96 in each of the two previous calendar years. Compliance with this condition shall be certified by registration in a trade register held by the Member State or by any other proof to that effect accepted by the Member State and by proof of import.
New importers means importers other than those referred to in the first subparagraph (a) of this paragraph.

New importers means importers who shall have released at least 50 tonnes of processed fruit and vegetable products, as referred to inArticle 1(2)(j) Regulation 1308/2013,, for free circulation in the Union in each of the two previous calendar years preceding the tariff quota period applied for.
