Examples of New Lease Delivery Date in a sentence

  • At the request of New Lessee, on the New Lease Delivery Date the County shall enter into and NDA in substantially the form attached as Exhibit “D” with any commercial subtenants as to which the County would otherwise be required to deliver NDA’s under this Lease.
