New Lease Notice definition

New Lease Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

  • If Leasehold Mortgagee fails to deliver the New Lease Notice within such thirty (30) day period, Leasehold Mortgagee shall be deemed to have waived its option to enter into such New Lease.

  • In any such case, Landlord agrees to furnish written notice of its intention to enter into one or more new leases, describing in such notice the portion of the Premises to be leased and all material terms of the proposed new lease (the "New Lease Notice").

Related to New Lease Notice

  • Release Notice has the meaning specified in Section 11.19(b).

  • Property Notice means any order, notice, proposal, demand or other requirement issued by any competent authority (including the Landlord) which materially affects the Academy Trust’s ability to use the Land for the purposes of the Academy.

  • Increase Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c)(ii).

  • Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;

  • Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
