Section 14.8. 40 The grievance or arbitrations shall take place whenever possible on school time. The employer shall 41 not discriminate against any individual employee or the Union for taking action under this Article. 42 43 44 45 1 3 4 5 6 Section 15.1.
Section 14.8. 28 Grievance claims shall be processed as rapidly as possible, and the time limits provided shall be strictly 29 observed.
Section 14.8. This Agreement contains all of the covenants, stipulations and provisions agreed upon between the parties hereto and no representative of either party has authority to make, and none of the parties shall be bound by, any statement, representation or agreement reached prior to the signing of this Agreement or made during these negotiations not set forth herein.
Section 14.8. 30 Unless specifically required otherwise by federal or state program guidelines and regulations, the 31 Superintendent or his designee shall place employees on Schedule A in accordance with the 32 requirements of Schedule A.
Section 14.8. 47 Should the District so desire, the Association shall defend the District against any claims brought 48 against the District for complying with this Article. This defense shall be contingent upon:
