New Loan Data File definition

New Loan Data File with respect to each Mortgage Loan delivered, or caused to be delivered, after the date of this Agreement by Owner to be subserviced by Servicer under this Agreement, the data file produced by Owner or the prior servicer pursuant to the Transfer Instructions, which is used to enable Servicer to set up each Mortgage Loan on its loan servicing system.
New Loan Data File means with respect to each Mortgage Loan delivered after the initial Effective Date by the Owner to be serviced by the Servicer under this Agreement, the data file produced by the Owner that is used to enable the Servicer to set up each Mortgage Loan on its servicing system.
New Loan Data File. With respect to each Mortgage Loan to be serviced, hereunder, the data file, if any, produced by Owner or the prior servicer pursuant to the Transfer Instructions, which is used to enable Servicer to set up each Mortgage Loan on its loan servicing system.

Related to New Loan Data File

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Custodian in connection with delivery of a Loan to the Custodian that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.

  • Loan File With respect to each Loan, a file containing (a) each of the documents and items as set forth on the Loan Checklist with respect to such Loan and (b) duly executed originals and copies of any other relevant records relating to such Loans and the Underlying Assets pertaining thereto.

  • Data Tape The list of all mortgage loans, dated as of the date specified therein, whose Mortgage Servicing Rights will be sold, or that are anticipated to be sold, as applicable, to Seller under the Asset Purchase Agreement.

  • Monthly Report has the meaning assigned in Section 6.01.

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.
