New Mortgaged Property definition

New Mortgaged Property has the meaning set forth in Section 10.25(b)(ii).
New Mortgaged Property has the meaning specified therefor in Section 7.01(n).

  • The Collateral Agent shall notify such Loan Party whether it intends to require a Mortgage (and any other Real Property Deliverables) with respect to such New Mortgaged Property.

More Definitions of New Mortgaged Property

New Mortgaged Property means any property and all rights, titles and interests appurtenant thereto which the Borrower or any Subsidiary Mortgagor proposes to encumber by a Mortgage at any time subsequent to the Closing Date.
