New Recipient definition

New Recipient means an Applicant that was not a Recipient during the fiscal year immediately preceding the submission of its Application for Certification, Form DEO/CD 7102-1.
New Recipient means an Applicant that the Office did not certify for the previous year.

For purposes of the benefits provided under this Plan, an Alternate Recipient shall be treated as an eligible Dependent, but for purposes of the reporting and disclosure requirements under ERISA, an Alternate Recipient shall have the same status as a Participant.

  • Permitted Recipients means the parties to this agreement, the employees of each party and any third parties engaged to perform obligations in connection with this Agreement;

  • Recipient means (a) the Administrative Agent, (b) any Lender and (c) any Issuing Bank, as applicable.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • The Service Provider means the Bidder or firm supplying the Services under this Contract.

  • Service Provider means an Employee, Director or Consultant.

  • Eligible Recipient means an employee, director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company who has been selected as an eligible participant by the Administrator; provided, however, to the extent required to avoid accelerated taxation and/or tax penalties under Section 409A of the Code, an Eligible Recipient of an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right means an employee, non-employee director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company with respect to whom the Company is an “eligible issuer of service recipient stock” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.
